Woven Labels
Woven labels are created on looms by weaving together fine polyester threads to recreate your artwork. Unlike printed labels, the design is part of the fabric itself, making it incredibly durable and sophisticated.
Materials & Finishes: * Damask: The most popular choice. It uses thin threads for high-detail designs and a soft, non-itchy feel.
Satin: Offers a shiny, vintage look with a smooth, luxurious texture.
Taffeta: A cost-effective, sturdy option often used for outerwear or bags.
Fold Options: We offer Center-folds (for necklines), End-folds (for a clean finish on the edges), and Book-folds (common on sleeve hems).
Care Labels
Care labels (or “Wash Care” labels) are a legal requirement in most regions. They provide the consumer with instructions on how to maintain the garment, as well as fiber content and country of origin.
The Materials: Usually printed on Satin Ribbon (for a soft touch against the skin) or Nylon Taffeta (for a crisp, paper-like feel that is highly durable).
Clarity is Key: We use high-grade thermal or rotary ink that resists “bleeding” and remains legible even after 50+ industrial wash cycles.
Customization: You can include your brand logo on the front and all technical data on the back.
Best Used For: Inner side-seams or back-of-neck attachments.
Badge Labels
Badge labels (also known as patches) are designed to stand out. They add a heavy-duty, premium aesthetic that flat labels simply cannot achieve.
Construction:
Embroidered Badges: Classic “raised” look with a merrowed border.
Woven Badges: Best for badges that require fine detail that embroidery can’t reach.
Rubber (PVC) / Silicone: Modern, waterproof, and perfect for sportswear or outdoor gear.
Backing Options: * Sew-on: The most permanent and professional method.
Heat-Seal (Iron-on): Quick and easy for hats and promotional gear.
Self-Adhesive: For temporary use or hard surfaces.
Best Used For: The exterior of hats, jackets, hoodies, and backpacks.
Printed Labels
When your brand identity relies on complex color gradients, photographs, or extremely fine lines, printed labels are the superior choice.
Advanced Printing: We use screen printing or digital heat transfer to ensure colors are vibrant and accurate to your brand’s Pantone colors.
Eco-Friendly Choices: We offer Organic Cotton and Recycled Polyester bases for brands focused on sustainability.
Comfort Factor: Because they are often thinner than woven labels, they are excellent for “tagless” solutions in baby clothing or athletic wear where friction must be minimized.
Best Used For: Complex logos, t-shirt branding, and eco-conscious collections.
